KALOTHERM LLC, the legal predecessor of KALOTHERM Co. Ltd., was established on April 26, 1991 by Hungarian private individuals.
The owners of the Company transformed in camera the former LLC into a joint stock company having a primary capital with effect of December 31, 1997.

Within Company's scope of activity, the most important item is the provision of services in the building sector, where Company has obtained notable market positions in segments of providing engineering and implementation services for construction and mechanical/electrical installation projects.

While carrying on its activities, Company uses and builds in a great volume of valuable high standard architectural installations and technological equipment, a great range of different fittings, hi-tech automatic elements and up-to-date building materials.

The high quality and reliability standards of its performances are guaranteed by Company's own highly trained personnel staff having great experience and having shown its high capabilities so many times in the past.

To keep on developing the standard of its services and meet the demands on the part of its customers, Company introduced and has been operating its quality assurance system according to EN ISO 9001:2000 and EN ISO 14001:2004.
